Reservation and Cancellation

1. Reservation
In order to make a reservation please submit a filled out “ON-LINE RESERVATION REQUEST” form; scroll below to access the form.

Note: Your reservation is not completed until we contact you within 24h for your credit card information in order to process the 50% deposit. The reservation confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the deposit is charged.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • the 50% deposit paid by the credit card at time of reservation is non-refundable;
           - deposit retained for future stay*^ if cancellation made >14 days prior to scheduled arrival
           - deposit is lost if cancellation made <14 days prior to scheduled arrival

           * deposit retained for 1 year; admin $25 fee and adjustment for current prices will apply
           ^ credit card transaction fee may apply

3. Remaining 50% charge paid on arrival (VISA/MC/Interac)

4. Any charges related to disclosed/undisclosed damages, are automatically charged to guest credit card;
