Reservation and Cancellation
In order to make a reservation please submit a filled out “ON-LINE RESERVATION REQUEST” form; scroll below to access the form.
Note: Your reservation is not completed until we contact you within 24h for your credit card information in order to process the 50% deposit. The reservation confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the deposit is charged.
2. Cancellation Policy
- the 50% deposit paid by the credit card at time of reservation is non-refundable;
- deposit is lost if cancellation made <14 days prior to scheduled arrival
* Deposit retained max. for 1 year; adjustment for current prices will apply
- Cancellation or Change to reservation – $25 admin. charge + credit card trans. fees;
3. Remaining 50% charge paid on arrival (VISA/MC/Interac)
4. Any charges related to disclosed/undisclosed damages, are automatically charged to guest credit card;
