RATES ( prices are per/room and based on up to double occupancy and subject to GST )
Oak, Redwood, Maple en-suite -- $349.00/night*-
* Incl. Light Continental breakfast
** check-in time: 4:30 PM -11:00 PM; check-out time before 11:00 AM
- add $25/each - early check-in (2:30 PM) or late check-out (1:00 PM)
- add $75/room - gate opening service (past 11:30PM); arrangement to be made at reservation
- add $35 - additional sleeping arrangement in the same en-suite
- add $95 - additional 3rd person in en-suite (Oak or Redwood only)
Please note: Mandatory and non-negotiable extra cleaning fee of $500.00 will be charged should any smoking occur in our strictly non-smoking en-suites/house. This charge will be automatically applied to the provided credit card following check-out.
- Mature guests only (>18 y/o)
- No self catering/food preparation in kitchen/ guest rooms (AHS/BB regulation)
- No non-registered guests/visitors
- No pets
- Night quiet time: 23:00 - 07:30 *
- No candles/sparklers/fireworks/bonfires
- Fireplace is operated by the host only (insurance policy)
- Utilize water/energy resources in observant way
- House premises/parking are enjoyed at your own risk
- Should any behaviour deemed disturbing/inappropriate take place the host may exercise the right to ask the guest to vacate the premises at once * Compensation to other guests due to noise disturbances after quiet time may be charged to the offending party.
