The Chateau can be made available to host up to 45 guests and can sleep up to 10 guests in Canada Select certified 5 star B&B type accomodation.

Consider this package for special events including private concerts, art exhibits, corporate events, food tasting, presentations. It includes:
- day time availability of the grand room/loft and property for up to 8 hrs on a given day
- chairs and tables
- unlimited hot beverage package (tea, coffee, condiments)
- use of outdoor fireplace, fire pit with firewood
- use of private Elbow river riverfront * availability may be extended past designated time - add $95/hr
